Robotic Ships
There are two major types of Robotic ships employed by all four governments that make up the four major systems. These two ship types are automated mining transports, or AMTs, and security and Surveillance drones that Circumnavigate each system, keeping track of legal traffic and searching for both pirates in the system, and military threats. Much of the task of each Surveillance group of drones is to find and report pirate activity to the proper Authorities. As for the space barges that transport mining material, those are typically escorted by Mercenaries or Private armies. each one has it’s Automated heading, and it’s pre-programmed route. These massive, bulky transports can only be assembled in space, due to their size and Fragile nature in-atmo.
